What if I want a custom design not listed in the product section?
If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, have special order, or want to customize a design already listed, contact Jordie and she will work one-on-one to make your designs become a reality!
What is the return & exchange policy for custom embroidery orders?
Custom orders are created specifically for each customer and there are no returns or exchanges accepted. Each design is sent to the customer for approval - including font, thread color, etc. Once the design is approved, the customer is promising satisfaction of the order. If there are manufacturer defects or the item arrives damaged, the order must be shipped to the seller and the refund will be processed immediatly upon receival. Please note that we are not responsible for the bank's timeframe for processing refunds.
How do I know which size fits me best?
Please take a look at our sizing charts for the most popular items. If you still have questions, we will work with you to find the perfect fit.
How do I care for my custom embroidery?
In order for your embroidery order to maintain the highest integrity, follow these steps:
- Wash inside out
- Delicate cycle (cold)
- Low-heat dry (air dry for best results)
- Iron embroidery on low heat
- Do not bleach, use fabric softener, or dry clean.
Can I provide my own garments/items?
We do not accept garments/items provided by the customer.
